Melvin
Melvin (named for a famous superhero) is our first dedicated box here at SMILING PEANUT web hosting. He is an AMD Sempron(tm) Processor 2600+ with 1 gigabyte of RAM. He runs on Fedora, and is a little over a year old.
We keep Melvin happy with round-the-clock monitoring in our world-class data center at Savvis, where he lives. Savvis has an extensive global network, which ensures that all visitors get fast access to him. The Savvis IDC has multiple connections to the Savvis backbone.
At present, all clients of SMILING PEANUT web hosting are served by Melvin.
