RAM upgrade, slight downtime

Within the next 24 hours, we will be completing a series of upgrades for December, which includes increasing the available RAM on the main server (melvin.smilingpeanut.com) from 512MB to 1GB. This should resolve the recent hiccups as well as facilitate the growth that we are experiencing as we add more clients.
To facilitate this upgrade, the main server will be down for approximately ten (10) minutes while the Network Operations Center installs the hardware. During this time, all services on Melvin will stop working as the server needs to be powered off. Once the server comes back up, all queued mail will be delivered and all services will begin operating as normal.
We will send out a notice as soon as the upgrade is complete.
In addition, we are preparing to launch the customer-facing website for SMILING PEANUT web hosting on 1 January, which will serve as a news board for our clients. It’s an exciting time as we get ready for the public launch of SMILING PEANUT web hosting!
